Worst purchase I ever made
I purchased this dishwasher two years ago. In the beginning it was awesome, but weeks after I had problems with the dishes getting clean. I would have to re-wash again just to get the dirt off.
Second problem started just recently and had the service tech at my house. I would put the dishes on power wash for two hours,then when 66 minutes lights up, I end up with a flood on my kitchen floor and an error code. The tech said "its draining" but the motor is shot. What the motor?? Its only two yrs. old and will cost over $400 to fix it. So I paid 80.00 for a service call and now looking for a new dishwasher.
STAY AWAY FROM LG...Life is not good!!!

So quiet it makes me laugh
Im my 7th home I replaced the builders model with this LG. I cannot believe how quiet it is and with so many settings, I can custom each cleaning for efficiency. It also has lots of room to fit large loads. I am very happy that I purchased this LG dishwasher.

Great Dishwasher
Short and Sweet. I have owned this DW for only a few months and the word that comes to mind is AWESOME. Dishes come out super clean and I barely hear it running. I had to open the door a few times to see if it was actually working. I am keeping my fingers crossed since I read the Consumer Reports Article after I bought the DW that they are prone to breakdowns more than 25 % repairs. Hope not.

Excellent Value & Performance
At first glance I thought this DW was higher end than I had budgeted. After the price I was quoted revealed it was indeed in my price range I was impressed with the features. Overall preferred the aesthetics of the LG appliances (I shopped an entire kitchen suite of appliances). The performance is impressive in super clean dishes and extraordinarily quiet operation. The steam faeture does remove all the sticky, baked on and day old food. The materials and finishes are comparable to premium brands and yet I purchased at mass market price. Very pleased.
